Huawei will announce its new flagships smartphones – the P30 and P30 Pro – on March 26 in Paris. We are really excited to look at what the Chinese giant comes up with extremly in the image sensor department. Last year’s P20 Pro and Mate 20 Pro rank among the phones with the perfect digital cameras and Huawei is set to update upon that this year.
One function the upcoming P30 duo are said to have is a Super Zoom function that trumps that of any cameraphone released so far. Ahead of the release, Huawei has unveiled nine fresh teaser posters that show how excellent the Super Zoom mode is.
So far, the Huawei P30 Pro is the only one confirmed to have the Super Zoom feature due to a periscope-type lens that allows it reach up to a gossiped 5x optical zoom with a focal length of 16 – 125 mm however we hope the typical P30 has it too.
Apart from Super Zoom, the P30 smartphones will also have an enhanced low-light shooting mode what is not only supported by software but supported by hardware too.
The Huawei P30 and P30 Pro will be fueled by the Kirin 980, have a Dewdrop notch panel, and support quick charging. The P30 itself will arrive with triple rear cameras even though the P30 Pro will arrive with four digital cameras on its rear.
