Whenever nearly two months following the release of the iPhone 11 Pro Max, DxOMark at some point releases its camera review for the Apple flagship. The smartphone scores high, beating handful of other flagships announced this year but it ends up third on the list with a score of 117, losing to the Huawei Mate 30 Pro and the still-fresh-out-of-the-oven Xiaomi Mi CC9 Pro Top quality Edition.

Overall, the iPhone 11 Pro Max earns its spot like one of the top 5 phones with the suitable camera. If it had a larger scanner and improved zoom, it most likely will be at the top of the list.
